Our client is a world leading company offering market intelligence, news and analysis to their target audience. They give individuals a vital edge in maximising their career with invaluable industry insights and access.

Both B2C and B2B, this organisation offers advanced solutions enabling companies to source the talent they need quickly and efficiently whilst also helping the said talent with vital career moves. They are now looking for a French or Dutch speaking individual to join the team as a Business Development Manager - New Business, Belgium & Netherlands.

You will be reporting into the Sales Manager, responsibilities include developing and onboarding new accounts in the banking and finance sector across Belgium and Netherlands. You will also be responsible for cold calling, relationship building, uncovering client needs and presenting strategic soltutions as well as negotiating and closing deals.

The right candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Proficiency in French and/or Dutch/or Flemish
  • Proven, successful track record of sales; 2+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong consultative selling and analytic skills to create evidence-based sales proposals
  • Confident manner in pitching, sales technique and ability to close sales
  • A good team player, able to work well with others and across departments
  • Target orientated and highly tenacious
  • Good IT skills, preferably with prior experience using salesforce

Individuals from a recruitment or fintech background usually excel within this company but they are open to different backgrounds as long as you can hit the ground running and have a knowledge or passion in financial services.
