Digital Transformation Analyst – Automotive

We’re on the lookout for a talented Digital Transformation Analyst to help us deliver meaningful change as part of a major digital transformation project.

👩‍💻 What You’ll Be Doing:

This role is all about using AI to make processes smarter and more efficient. We’re focused on tackling manual, time-consuming tasks across the business by introducing innovative Generative AI (GenAI) solutions.

You’ll be:

• Optimizing processes and building business cases for AI use cases that deliver real results.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and external vendors to gather and translate requirements into clear, actionable plans.
• Communicating complex ideas in a simple, engaging way-especially for non-technical audiences-so everyone feels confident and excited about the journey ahead.

💡 What We’re Looking For:

You’ll do well in this role if you have:

• A strong track record of working on AI implementation or transformation projects.
• Excellent communication skills-you know how to simplify the complex and connect with people at all levels.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude. This is a standalone role, so you’ll need to hit the ground running.
• Experience in consultancy is a bonus, but not essential.
• Business Analyst experience
