Digital Project Manager

My client is offering a superb opportunity to join a dynamic team based in Central London. Looking for an experienced, creative and diligent digital project manager to manage digital client delivery campaigns.

You will be a proven project manager combining strong organisational and communication skills with a natural commercial instinct, able to coordinate internal teams and our clients for the flawless execution of projects. Intellectually curious and a data native, you will be confident looking at digital metrics and using them to both measure the success of your activity and to identify new ways to optimise and improve our service.

The Non-Negotiables:
We expect all candidates to meet the following essential requirements:

  • Experience in a project management role (min. 2 projects)
  • Experience of successfully delivering marketing campaigns
  • Project Management Certification
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A head for data and a natural instinct for analytics

The Digital Project Manager role is at the heart of the digital business. Your role will include:

Digital campaign management including:

  • Design digital product delivery plans including timings, client requirements and key interactions required over the course of the campaign
  • Coordinate internal team members, Digital Account Executives, and clients for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure we have clear project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring delivery feasibility
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation is understood an planned effectively
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Report and escalate to management, as needed, key risks and issues that may put project delivery at risk or impact client satisfaction
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation & introduce robust project delivery processes

  • Digital client management activity including:

  • Work with the Commercial team to build relationships with key digital clients and agencies, understand the client's objectives and manage the campaigns in line with their requirements; attend client meetings to update on campaign progress as required
  • Attend client meetings and pitches as and when required and provide input into presentations and business
  • and operations strategy
  • Contribute to Editorial schedule through regular meetings with the Marketing team
  • Act as a port of call for day to day digital product queries - both internally and externally

  • Data analysis and reporting, including:

  • Proactively review the impact of digital activity to report back to the team on key campaign metrics and success measures
  • Use digital delivery metrics to understand the success of different digital campaigns and to inform additional activity/product innovation

  • Day Rate: £300-£350
