Position: Digital Programme Manager

Location: North London

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus + Package

Digital Programme Manager required to join a leading Leisure & Entertainment organisation that is embarking on a significant large-scale Digital transformation programme. You will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and roadmap and programme delivery for the effective development of digital products and services. It is essential that you can align the vision to customer needs and ensure there is a well thought out rationale for developing products. In addition, you will need to ensure that you balance your time effectively from thinking strategically, managing the digital programmes and ensuring the appropriate governance is in place.

This is an opportunity to work in a very dynamic programme environment which is lively, fast paced and challenging. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects and programmes within a SCUM/Agile methodology playing a key part in the Digital Transformation programme.

Ideal candidate:

  • Background in working Media, Publishing, Events, Retail or other B2C organisation is essential
  • Proven track record of operating as a Programme Manager is essential
  • Proven track record of delivering a variety of end-to-end Digital products and services across both Website and Mobile App is essential
  • Proven track record of managing both onshore, offshore, multi-team and multi-stream initiatives using lean and agile methods is essential.
  • Strong track record in successfully delivering AGILE, KANBAN and SCRUM is essential
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement is essential
