Digital Performance Account Director - Media Planning Agency - London - £60,000

Are you a talented Digital Performance Account Director looking for an incredible opportunity to join a leading media planning and buying agency based in Central London? La Fosse Associates are currently partnering with this business to recruit for a Digital Performance Account Director to join their growing team.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing all digital activation of a global account. You will be required to develop and present well-thought-out media strategy to senior clients, it is therefore important you have strong planning experience as well as solid performance background.

You will need to manage a high volume of digital campaigns across multiple channels, courser and markets globally. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a senior, performance, orientated and process driven individual with drive and ambition to make positive change inside and outside the organisation.

You will gain full responsibility of:

  • Leading a strong, effective and high-volume output team, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and skills.
  • Oversee day-to-day performance ensuring acquisition targets are hit, and clearly reported on.
  • Develop a clear and coherent digital strategy and ensure this strategy is implemented.
  • Supporting in wider brand planning and execution.
  • Defining and developing new processes and ways of working to influence positive change.
  • Managing all client media briefs ensuring appropriate budgets are secured and clear and achievable KPIs are agreed.
  • Leading quarterly media reviews and planning sessions to ensure there is a regular planning cycle.

  • You have worked in a fast-paced digital environment and can demonstrate examples of where you have brought about business change internally or for clients/brands
  • You are a strong leader
  • You are a pro-active thinker and have great attention to detail
  • You are able to build strong, collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders from across the business
  • You are commercially astute and capable of taking on a challenge

They are a leading media planning and buying agency who have doubled in size over the last two years. They have 40 officers over 3 countries and are expanding even further.

Salary and Benefits

The salary on offer for this Digital Performance Account Director role is £50,000 - £60,000 plus exceptional benefits and unrivalled career progression.
