We are currently working with an exciting tech startup whose mission is to match the best non-graduate talent with high-quality, career focused apprenticeships. They are currently searching for an ambitious Digital Marketing Manager to join their marketing team and own a range of acquisition and retention channels including content marketing, SEO & biddable media.

THE ROLE

You will be a self starter who is adept at devising and implementing data-led marketing campaigns to help grow the business and their sister site. You will have experience writing and developing content for maximum SEO gain as well as managing biddable acquisition campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage content creation for both brands including blog posts, quizzes, case studies and videos. This will involve working with apprentices, coaches and alumni to help share their stories
  • Upkeep of website content using the CMS (company news, job of the week etc.)
  • Develop reporting systems and dashboards to track the performance of marketing traffic against goals. Deliver actionable insight based on this data
  • Candidate acquisition via biddable media including Google, Bing, Facebook & job boards
  • Work closely with the Schools and Engagement Manager to help drive brand awareness at schools, colleges and partners
  • Develop marketing collateral to support apprenticeship education and candidate acquisition

REQUIREMENTS

  • A strong content marketing and SEO background including onsite and offsite optimisation
  • Excellent copy-writing and attention to detail with the ability to communicate on brand to students, educators, employers and more
  • Proven experience at managing and scaling paid media campaigns to CPA targets
  • Experience with landing page optimisation, A/B testing and a keen eye for design
  • Ability to work in an enterprising and fast moving / fast growth environment is a must. 'We are all owners' is a core company value
