Digital Marketing Manager

My client, a cutting edge health organisation, have incredible growth plans for this year, and are in the midst of a large scale-up. As they look to diversify their product portfolio they are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to work with the product team and directly with the CEO, to devise and drive strategy.

This is a key hire and will suit an ambitious individual seeking to make their mark in an industry ripe for digital disruption. The role will have the autonomy necessary in order to drive the delivery of a new e-commerce platform, and develop significant digital revenues.

Key responsibilities:

  • Shape and manage the development of the digital channels including a new consumer ecommerce platform currently under redevelopment.
  • Redevelop and define other digital assets to support our operations, including a review/redevelopment of a consumer app and development of a b2b e-commerce channel.
  • Lead digital marketing activities to exploit the above, including the management of SEO, PPC, affiliate networks - currently managed by external agency partners.
  • Identify and manage agency partners as required ensuring we have appropriate capabilities in place to drive the business.

Success factors:

  • Have 1-3 years experience of working for a startup in a B2C growth/marketing function

  • Able to display a track record of delivering growth

  • Confident with performance marketing channels and managing a growing budget. Able to optimize for down the funnel events and keep CPA stable while scaling

Role requirements:

  • Execute and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Pinterest Ads

  • Analyse and track channel performance and report results to wider team

  • Manage the spend and budget of these channels, making sure stay within budget

  • Coming up with initiatives and opportunities to ensure the company hits it growth targets

  • Campaign asset creation. Working with our designer to create new ads and creatives for digital channels

  • Managing app store listing, always considering and implementing new ways to improve optimisation

  • Working with the Chief of Product to prioritize growth initiatives and related product changes in the product roadmap as appropriate, including assisting with discovery and growth focused analytics as necessary

  • Assisting with our communications lifecycle using in app messages, push notifications and email

  • Other growth-related initiatives as they come up
