Digital Marketing Manager

Location: New York (will consider US based candidates who can commit to being in NY Office a couple of times a month)

We are working with a key client, a fast-growing B2B cloud software company that operates globally across 3 offices in London, New York and Sydney. They are currently going through a number of key changes within the business and are looking to localise and expand some of the markting function within their biggest key markets. The client are now seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic marketing professional to execute and take ownership of the full digital marketing strategy for the North American Market.

Reporting to the Global Head of Digital Marketing, this role will increase and optimise USA/Canada website traffic and conversion to leads and MQLs to fuel pipeline opportunities and growth for the region. This will necessitate the use of the latest digital technologies and techniques and collaboration with marketing operations, product marketing, the customer sales teams and the partner teams for delivery of the programme as well as presenting to line management on campaign performance.

The successful candidate will ideally have a strong track record in the following areas;

  • Running multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for the North American market.

  • Co-ordinating targeted Paid Search, Paid Social and Retargeting activities.

  • Conducting key word research to create and improve performance of paid search campaigns

  • Analyse and improve organic traffic and website conversion through SEO and CRO techniques

  • Support social selling activities across inside and external sales teams

  • Tracking responses to digital marketing campaigns and to nurture and convert leads to MQLs

  • Management of Community Forums

  • Promote and host webinars for our target audience in the North America

  • Present performance reports to the stakeholders on a regular basis, including achievement of KPIs

  • Experience of marketing and digital marketing, ideally for a software/SaaS solutions provider

  • Experience in managing LinkedIn Sponsored Ads

  • Experience or use of Pardot Marketing Automation would be advantageous
