Digital Marketing Manager - London (hybrid working)

£55,000 - £70,000 per annum + package (up to 20% bonus, share option) dependant on experience

Our innovative and forward thinking SaaS Tech client are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of driving and leading the digital marketing strategy and execution within the business. This organisation are currently a market leader in AI Software Technology and have an exceptional product suite and are going through rapid scale up for an exciting time of growth in the business. With this also means that they are looking at maturing their marketing function and plans and now need to hire someone into this post. This creates a unique opportunity to have full autonomy and creative decisions around the digital marketing as you would be joining the business at an early stage and is a great opportunity for career growth and personal development.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record across Digital Marketing within a B2B environment, ideally for a Software/SaaS or Technology business although this is not essential but would have advantages. We are looking for someone who has ran a variety of digital marketing campaigns, managed website content and marketing, SEO, Social Media management and has worked across a wide spectrum of digital channels. You will also have a solid track record of working in B2B environments to support lead generation, sales enablement activity and proven success of increasing sales & projected revenue through marketing campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate and take the lead on the development and execution of the digital marketing plan, optimising the use of account-based marketing and online/digital marketing

  • Social media account management

  • Conceive, develop, execute and optimise online marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads, in alignment with company goals

  • Collaborate closely with marketing counterparts, such as content marketing, product marketing, and sales development, to increase marketing success rates

  • Champion the website, driving increased traffic through SEO/SEM and conversions through more engaging messaging, calls to action, and use of tech.

  • Regularly report program and campaign performance to higher management

  • Experience with design or content creation would be advantageous
  • Good blend of higher level marketing strategy and concept ideas combined with still being very hands on and execution
