Digital Agile Business Analyst

Our market-leading client based in Central London is searching for an excellent Agile Business Analyst with previous experience working on Digital projects and programmes.
You will slot in to an ongoing transformation programme composed of 3 principle workstreams that have company-wide implications. The current backlog of work focusses around Websites, Portals and Commercial Tools.

Profile

Proven track record as an Agile Business Analyst within a heavily digital environment
Excellent and demonstrable record working and delivering on a significant projects within a global organisation
Experienced in analysing digital/web services within a fast-paced environment
Strong experience conducting and hosting Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily stand-up & Retrospective)
Experience User story cards and utilising the Scrum board in a Kanban approach
Good understanding and experience of Project and Business Analysis Lifecycle
A strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall Project Management delivery methodologies
Establish relationships with a range of stakeholders to support delivery of business outcomes

Useful Technology & Skills:
Cucumber BDD, JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, GIT, non-functional requirement analysis, User Stories, showcasing & workshops

Responsibilities

Gather detailed functional requirements and collaborate with product owners, developers, UI designers, testers and other business stakeholders
Conducting and hosting Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily stand-up & Retrospective)
Reviewing stories with the Product Owner maintaining the Product Backlog
Writing User story cards and utilising the Scrum board in a Kanban approach
Facilitate collaboration between various stakeholders to understand their needs and influence decisions
Map business processes as the basis for gathering requirements
Ensuring functional specification matches business intent and goals
Facilitate workshops to gather requirement, identify issues etc
Create functional and non-functional specification documents as required
