Desktop Support Analyst

A leading UK consultancy require 3X Desktop Support Analysts to join its high pressure service desk supporting a large government client.

The successful candidates will have experience in 1st to 2nd line support both over the phone, face to face support as well as experience supporting service "go-live". Candidates will be expected to work in shift patterns to cover 8:00 - 18:00 Mon to Fri and possible weekend work during cutover period.

Candidates must have:

  • Jira experience
  • BPSS clearance or ability to achieve it
  • SC clearance would be advantageous
  • MS office suite experience
  • Experience with cloud technologies would be advantageous
  • Desktop/laptop/server Support
  • Configuration, repair, administration & management
  • Image capturing & deployment
  • System administration
  • Hardware installation & support
  • Computer, Printer, AV, IP phone, portable devices
  • Software installation & support
