Job Title: IT Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Fitzrovia London – 5 days on site

Employment Type: 6 Month Contract

Day Rate: £220 Outside IR35

Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a skilled IT Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in London. You will provide onsite desktop support across various European locations, ensuring seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical support to end users, handling hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Support audio/visual technology and assist with video conferencing setups.
• Manage hardware inventory, perform system setups, and support office moves.
• Provide hands-on infrastructure support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on IT projects.
• Prepare and maintain support documentation.
• MDM experience.

Key Qualifications:

• 4+ years of IT support experience.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft environments (Windows 10/11, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (v3/4 Foundation certification required).
• Ability to travel within Europe for onsite support as needed.
