The Role:
As a Delivery Manager, your role will be crucial in enabling the IT Operations & Engineering teams to achieve their goals effectively. You will focus on eliminating obstacles and streamlining processes for the teams, ensuring they can deliver their best work without unnecessary distractions. This position requires close collaboration with various teams to optimize workflows, refine plans, and uphold high standards across digital platforms through ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and QA teams to enhance testing protocols and review processes.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to prioritize and refine task lists, ensuring readiness for each sprint.
- Lead sprint reviews and retrospectives, gathering insights to enhance team efficiency.
- Monitor productivity, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and introduce new Agile and Lean methodologies.
- Assist in planning deployments and adapting processes based on retrospective feedback.
- Oversee Jira-related tasks, including maintenance, workflow optimization, and report generation.
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across various platforms.
- Encourage a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the teams.

- Highly organized, with the ability to plan for multiple scenarios.
- Proficient in managing stakeholder relationships.

- Experience with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
- Enthusiastic, empathetic, and fully engaged in all aspects of the role.
