Contract Job Advert: Data Centre Analyst (SC Cleared)
Location: Wokingham (Must be willing to do 5 days per week in the office).
Duration: 6 month
Start Date: ASAP, Mon 14^th April.
Salary: £400-£425pd Outside IR35.

Data Centre Analyst (SC Cleared) to join a Global IT Services and Consulting business working for an Energy client on a contract basis. This role is essential in optimizing processes, managing risks, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced data center environment.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

• Manage Change Management processes using ServiceNow and E-Permits.
• Oversee Incident and Capacity Management to ensure operational efficiency.
• Implement and manage Access Management and physical security protocols.
• Lead Stakeholder Engagement and conduct Site Inductions for all personnel.
• Manage and update the CMDB, supporting Network Discovery activities.
• Assist in the migration of processes from third-party vendors to internal systems.
• CDCTP (Certified Data Centre Technician Professional) and CDCMP (Certified Data Centre Management Professional) certifications are essential.+
• Strong experience with ServiceNow, CMDB management, and E-Permit systems.
• Proven expertise in Incident Management, Capacity Planning, and Access Management within data center operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
