Position - D365 Systems Administrator
Location - London (Hybrid)
Salary - £55,000 - £65,000 + Benefits
We are partnered with a UK based media production and broadcast journalism company who are currently going through some change and transformation to their IT infrastructure & support function which see the need for a Corporate Systems Administrator to join a newly formed team.
Reporting directly in the Head of Corporate Technology, the role would see you as a key member of the technology team, responsible for the day-to-day management of our clients Corporate Systems - Primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Microsoft 365 along with other business applications.
Main Responsibilities:
Dynamics 365 F&SCM
Day to day management
- Work with finance and operational teams to find proactive ways to optimise the company's use of D365.
- Upgrades and hot fixes including facilitating UAT.
- Back-up / restore integrity checks.
- License/user management.
- Workflow and batch jobs check.
- Duty segregation, managing security profiles based on requirements.
- Proactive D365 check-up (RSAT regression test if required).
- LCS management.
- Database logging.
- 3rd Line Support for D365.
Azure Environment Management
- Integration check (Azure resources used for integration) Inc. Logic app.
- Power Automate (daily check or use error notification).
- Power app check ups.
Microsoft 365, Sage and Other Business Applications
Proactively review upcoming releases and fixes to advise of potential new or improved
ways of working.- Facilitate upgrades and UAT.
Work with Corporate teams to continually review processes, suggest improvements
and ensure implementation by operational teams to agreed timescales.Be an active member of the project team to the new ERP systems project and assist
with the Finance roll out.Lead or support on other future systems projects as well as other ongoing system
optimisation as appropriate.
- Experience of working with Dynamics 365 F&SCM, preferred, or other ERP solutions such as SAP/Oracle/NetSuite, Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Experience working as a System Administrator.
- Experience of working with application management life-cycle tools/source control.
- Experience with SQL.
Preferred Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Power Platform.
- Experience with application integrations.
- Experience with business applications such as Sage People, ServiceNow, Concur.
- Experienced in gathering requirements from the client/business and documenting them.
- Have up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the technologies, workflows and interface supporting business applications.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to organise and manage personal workload.
This role is hybrid with two/three days based in their central London office and two/three days working from home, and the role comes with a generous salary up to £65,000 plus benefits.
