Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Manage expectations, address concerns, and ensure alignment between project objectives and business needs.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans and ensure proactive communication to stakeholders regarding any changes in project scope or timelines.

Technical Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of D365 F&O to provide guidance on best practices, solution design, and system integration. Ensure the delivered solution aligns with the client’s business processes and requirements.

Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and reliability of the D365 F&O solution. Conduct regular project reviews and audits to maintain high standards of delivery.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and financial reports. Ensure comprehensive documentation of all project activities and deliverables.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivery management with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in D365 F&O, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of D365 F&O architecture, modules, and integration capabilities. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
