We are seeking an experienced D365 CE Change Manager to lead the change, communication, and training strategy for a CRM 2011 upgrade to Dynamics 365 CE Online. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth transition by integrating the old and new systems, driving user adoption, and preparing the business for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a Change Management strategy for the CRM 2011 to D365 CE Online migration.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, managing business expectations and readiness.
- Oversee the integration from the legacy CRM to D365 CE Online, identifying risks and ensuring smooth data and process transitions.
- Analyse business processes, communications, and training needs, ensuring clear change impact assessments.
- Create and implement cutover strategies, ensuring minimal disruption during the transition.
- Define long-term adoption plans, including training, support, and future scalability considerations.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements, particularly within financial services.
- Work closely with the project and IT teams, ensuring system change impacts are understood and managed effectively.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Change Lead for multiple D365 CE/CRM projects (minimum 3 full-cycle projects).
- Strong background in system change, migrations, and integrations.
- Expertise in change strategy, stakeholder management, training, and communications.
- Experience with cutover planning and post-go-live support.
- Financial services experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, or other Change Management frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG).
- Experience working in financial services or banking sector.
