Cyber Security Project Manager

Global Retail firm require a Cyber Security Project Manager to work within the Cyber Programme team a global Cyber Security Programme. The project manager will be expected to manage 2-3 work streams within a programme.

Day Rate: £500-£550pd
IR35 Status: Outside
Duration: 6 Months
Other: Fully Remote

The Cyber Security PM will have previous experience across:

  • Cyber Security Project Delivery Experience across a Global Cyber Security Programme
  • Previous experience managing a multi project portfolio across a Security Programme
  • Delivered Cyber Security Projects Across: Security Assurance processes, Audit, GDPR & Data Loss Prevention tools
  • Has a strong Understanding and has ideally delivered projects across some of the below workstreams:
    • Governance and Compliance - Third-Party Risk Management, NIST Maturity, Awareness and Training, IT Assurance.
    • Applications and Digital - Security by Design, Pen Test, Config Mgmt, File Integrity Monitoring, WAF & DDOS, Web Browsing
    • Protecting Infrastructure - Network Segmentation and Access Controls, Vulnerability Management, Data Encryption, Cert Mgmt., Firewall Assurance, Dedicated Cloud Account.
  • Proven experience of managing capital budgets
  • Strong organisation skills, often juggling multiple priorities, and the ability to command respect from the existing team is imperative
  • Develops and manages a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Plans, assembles and manages resources required to deliver to the objectives and scope
  • Tracks project progress and costs in order to meet objectives, scope and budget
  • Proactively manages change to project scope via change control
  • Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path
  • Creates and maintains RAID logs identifying risks / issues and risk management options
  • Provides project updates to Stakeholders, Project Team & PMO on progress and risks
  • Previous experience within sectors such as: Retail, Manufacturing and/or Logistics
