Cyber Programme Manager – Remediation

A Global Financial Service Firm requires an Italian speaking Cyber Programme Manager who will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a comprehensive Cyber Remediation Programme, focusing on delivering critical cybersecurity initiatives across a Financial Services organisation on a global scale. This role requires a deep understanding of IAM, DLP, SOC, SIEM, and App Sec remediations.

Day Rate: £800-£850pd
IR35 Status: Outside
Duration: 6 months initially
Travel: Remote with occasional travel to Europe

Key Responsibilities:

• This position requires an Italian speaker
• Develop a strategic roadmap for the global Cyber Remediation Programme, including timelines, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Define programme objectives, scope, and success criteria in alignment with organizational goals and global regulatory requirements.
• Design and implement a global remediation plan that addresses identified vulnerabilities, focusing on IAM, DLP, SOC, SIEM, and App Sec
• Lead the discovery phase to identify and assess cyber risks and vulnerabilities across the organisation’s global operations.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Business units globally to gather data and insights for a comprehensive risk assessment.
• Develop and maintain a detailed risk register and prioritize remediation activities based on risk severity.
• Establish a framework for continuous monitoring and improvement of the organisation’s global cybersecurity posture.
• This requires previous experience reporting at board level & managing a budget of £5m to £10m.
• Financial Services experience preferred
