Customer Support Technician - London

I am working a hugely successful American company that has recently come over to the UK and are already making a massive impact in the cloud solutions market. They are currently looking for a Customer Support Technician to join their team. Their focus is working with hedge funds and private equity funds, therefore, a background in financial services is extremely favourable. You would be given the opportunity to be their client's first point of contact, work with a huge array of technologies and most importantly build your career within a fast-growing company.

You will visit client sites, deal with technical issue resolution and provide training to clients.

The ideal candidate will have technical skills in the following:

  • Create/Manage/Decommission Active Directory accounts
  • RSA version 7+
  • Exchange
  • Citrix XenApp
  • VMware vSphere

Desirable skills:

  • Trading and market data application experience
  • Capital markets experience

The position offers a salary up to £40,000 + additional benefits.
