This is an opportunity to be the eyes and ears with clients, helping them work through issues and being ahead of the curve by sharing new product releases or content relevant to their business. Listen to their feedback in order to help the product and R&D team innovate new features, in short you will be responsible for ensuring that customers are successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to manage clients' accounts on all levels: technical, business, support and product
  • Work with clients directly
  • Handle new feature releases and introduce them to clients
  • Provide client feedback internally
  • Provide client training and webinars
  • Upsell existing clients
  • Work closely with the sales team

The right candidate will have:

  • Web marketing and mobile/web advertising experience
  • Strong customer success background
  • Product management familiarity
  • Fluent written and spoken English

It would be a bonus if you:

  • Can speak another language
  • Have a technical background on SDKs, APIs or mobile app tracking
