I am working with a client who is offering the unique proposition of a fast track to becoming a Customer Success Manager (within 6-12 months). Starting as a Business Development/Customer Success Exec you will be reporting into the Customer Success Team Lead and be responsible for the growth in monthly customer revenue. Following a successful introduction to the business you will have the option to transition into a pure customer success role when you fill your portfolio of accounts.

As a Customer Success Exec your responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with key influencers in the existing customer community in order to increase the number of monthly referrals
  • Ensure high levels of satisfaction delivered by the customer success processes whilst ensuring that people are contacted promptly
  • Onboarding new corporate customers
  • Presentations to senior people, product trials and/or various meetings and conversations with key sponsors in the business
  • Proactively seek customer feedback to improve the way our client interacts with customers
  • Ensure smooth transition of account from new business to the CS team
  • Educating and engaging existing strengthscope users through emails, calls, meetings, events and other products and support tools
  • Meetings and calls to help clients align their use of the product to their people and business strategy

You must have 1+ years' experience of selling to senior HR stakeholders - the right candidate will also:

  • Be naturally competitive
  • Demonstrate learnings and failures in managing complex stakeholder relationships
  • Have an active interest in self/people development and psychology
  • Demonstrate skills and energy for building a strong community of followers
  • Be able to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously

Your progression:

This role is about building sales experience whilst selling an enterprise learning solution with some of the most well known brands in the world - as the company grows so will you and individuals with the right skills, drive and determination will have the following opportunities:

  • After 6-12 months within the business you will have your own portfolio of accounts from the initial new business drive
  • After 1-2 years you will lead a team of 1 or more Customer Success Executives
  • After 1-3 years you will lead a POD (cluster of business developers/customer success execs)
