CRM Manager (Marketing)

London - Hybrid

£50,000 + bonus

I am currently looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join one of the UK's largest media organisations. They reach 1 in 5 UK adults every single day and over 70% of the population every month. Their brands target unique audiences from 16 - 75+ and offer an unrivalled marketplace for brands to advertise.

The CRM Manager will work closely with the Senior CRM Manager and will be responsible for planning, building and delivering strong CRM communications that support the business strategy and digital marketing. As CRM Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of all email campaigns and other omni-channel communications.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the development and management of customer communication strategies throughout the entire customer journey.

  • Create campaigns based on specific consumer profiles, behaviours, or events, and optimise them continuously using a test and learn methodology.

  • Be responsible for day-to-day management of brand communications and raise any issues to Senior CRM Manager.

  • Experience of building targeted campaigns, analysing performance and metrics and providing post-campaign analysis to partners.

  • Support the Senior CRM manager in executing brand-led multi-channel CRM strategies which includes email communications, push and in-app.

  • Guidance and instruction on email best practice and legislative compliance to interactive, programming, marketing, and commercial teams.

  • Campaign effectiveness and performance reporting

As CRM Manager, you will be the subject matter expert in CRM for the wider business, providing support and guidance on best practice, design, digital and email trends.

Key skills:

  • Good understanding of CRM best practice.

  • Accurate and consistent output quality delivered on time.

  • Collaboration and professional relationship with marketing, creative, project and CRM teams.

  • Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop and HTML desirable.

  • Strong understating of the purpose of the CRM campaigns and how to design and build the emails to achieve their goals

  • Ability to adhere to each brand's guidelines and meticulous attention to details.

To be successful as CRM Manager, you must be a strong self-starter, confident and experienced in end-to-end campaign planning. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced campaign environment and confident working cross functionally with the wider team.
