I am currently seeking a Dynamics CRM Manager for a Non-for-profit client.
They are about to implement the Dynamics Customer module, and the aim of this role is to ensure the IT systems in use remain up to date and relevant/supportive of the way in which they work, promoting efficiency in processes and a continual improvement of customer and user journey. Partnering with all business departments, the role is to create and maintain the most efficient internal system possible, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics.
You will manage a team of 3, so management experience is desired.
The Key skills they are looking for are experience managing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM customer module, and outstanding stakeholder management skills.
Other skills and experience required:
Excellent knowledge of Dynamics and infrastructure
Experience of leading digital development and ICT
Experience of leading and developing teams
Experience of designing successful digital systems and teams
Knowledge of applicable laws and standards inc. GDPR, ISO27001 etc
Strong analytical and problem-solving skillset
