Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document CRM requirements, translating them into functional specifications.

  • Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 to align with business processes and objectives.

  • Design and implement workflows, business process flows, dashboards, forms, and reports within Dynamics 365.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between business users and technical teams, ensuring solutions are aligned and well-communicated.

  • Support system testing, UAT, training, and rollout activities.

  • Deliver user training and produce user-friendly documentation and guidance materials.

  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement recommendations for the CRM system.

  • Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and best practices, advising on how new features can benefit the business.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar CRM Functional Consultant role, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM).

  • Solid understanding of CRM principles and business processes, particularly within sales, marketing, and customer service.

  • Experience gathering business requirements, conducting workshops, and creating functional documentation.

  • Ability to configure Dynamics 365 out-of-the-box features (entities, forms, views, workflows, security roles, etc.).

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with data protection regulations such as GDPR.

Desirable Qualifications:
