We are seeking a skilled and motivated CRM Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility of remote working combined with regular on-site collaboration. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions that enhance business processes and improve customer experience across sales, marketing, and service functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document CRM requirements, translating them into functional specifications.

Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 to align with business processes and objectives.

Design and implement workflows, business process flows, dashboards, forms, and reports within Dynamics 365.

Act as the primary point of contact between business users and technical teams, ensuring solutions are aligned and well-communicated.

Support system testing, UAT, training, and rollout activities.

Deliver user training and produce user-friendly documentation and guidance materials.

Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement recommendations for the CRM system.

Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and best practices, advising on how new features can benefit the business.
Skills & Experience:
-
Proven experience in a similar CRM Functional Consultant role, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM).

Solid understanding of CRM principles and business processes, particularly within sales, marketing, and customer service.

Experience gathering business requirements, conducting workshops, and creating functional documentation.

Ability to configure Dynamics 365 out-of-the-box features (entities, forms, views, workflows, security roles, etc.).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.

Familiarity with data protection regulations such as GDPR.
Desirable Qualifications:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g. MB-210, MB-220, PL-200).

Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations or data migration tools.

Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
