Your responsibilities:

  • Managing a £3m ledger with around 60 clients

  • Chasing for payment of outstanding debt via telephone and email, as appropriate to ensure target sand deadlines are achieved.

  • Working closely with external clients to resolve invoice queries and payment issues.

  • Working closely with internal sales consultants to resolve queries

  • Administration, monitoring and reporting of the debt ledger.


  • 1+ years' experience in credit control

  • Attention to detail.

  • Excel experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritise and organise a large workload essential.

  • Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels across the business

  • Thrives whilst working in a busy environment

  • Personable with the ability to quickly build rapport in a variety of situations

  • Willingness to learn and a curious nature

  • Go-getting attitude with a pro-active approach
