Communications Manager

Contract – Communications Manager £500 – £650 INSIDE IR35

Length – 6 month Initial contract

Location – Chessington / hybrid (2 days a week on site)

Job Purpose:

This role will develop and action communication plans to build awareness, acceptance and enthusiasm for change projects, to drive team member engagement, learning and compliance and to strengthen the clients brand and improve customer/stakeholder perception. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders at all levels and will deploy various assets and services (e.g., marketing, events, media, PR etc.) to reach target internal and external audiences. The role will also support the wider communication team as required.

Experience required:

• Experienced creative communications professional
• Delivery of successful communications plans to programme schedule deadline
• Ability to create and sustain strong relationships and networks across the business
• Feels passionate about change and actively seeks to understand it, while helping others to engage with the change journey
• Is flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working withnew ideas and ambiguity
• Strong communicator at all levels that thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
