Communications Manager

La Fosse Associates who are working with a Tier 1 Bank who are seeking a Communications Manager with Financial Services/ Banking experience for a contract role.

The communications manager will be working on a Customer Management Experience programme and will be suited to a customer centric candidate with similar experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day user engagement across the user base
  • Drive the communication strategy of the program working in partnership with both the program and wider stakeholders to ensure the strategy is most effective for the end user and provides the 'right' message at right 'point in time';
  • Create, deliver and manager all program communications with input from program stakeholders e.g. product owner, senior leadership and wider C&I team;
  • Produce and promote the use of digital media such as website content creation, assisting in video/vlog/podcast production and the respective logistics management;
  • Support the program function to engage with the global teams;
  • Leveraging Microsoft dynamics features like in app messaging to ensure best outcomes for end user

Key Experience/ Skills:

  • 3+ years Communication Managers experience in a Financial Services/ Tier 1 bank organisations
  • Strong Stakeholder management skills
