A world renowned automotive organisation is now looking for a Client Support Manager to join their growing Service Desk team based in Chorley. The organisation provides solutions to clients at every stage of the vehicle lifecycle, and work with some of the world's biggest car brands.

The main scope of the role will be ensuring that customer service levels are maintained at the highest standard, as well as enhancing customer relationships within allocated brand accounts, dealer groups and business areas. This role will also be responsible for managing a team of circa 14, which breaks down into service desk analysts and team leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 14
  • Develop, maintain & enhance customer relationships with your allocated accounts
  • To manage all cases including technical cases brought to the helpdesk
  • To accurately record all customer calls, dealing with cases in a timely manner
  • Maintain performance to required standards ensuring customer SLA's are met
  • Form strong team relationships and inter-departmental relationships to ensure that customer needs are satisfied
  • Responsible for accurate and timely completion of cases within their assigned SLA's

To be successful, you will have come from a technical background focussed in infrastructure.
