Job Title: Senior Change Project Manager
Contract type: 2-year fixed term contract
Location: London, with requirements 1-2 days a week in central London office.
Salary: up to £63,034 per annum
Reports to: Director of Strategy and Engagement
We are working on a great opportunity for a Senior Change Project Manager with a renowned nation-wide non-profit organisation. The organisation is establishing and running a complex change project within their Housing function.
The successful Senior Change Project manager will lead a project with two components: streamlining existing customer services and planning holistic transformation for the function.
Day-to-day you will be:
Responsible for successful delivery across the project lifecycle of complex business change projects within an operational environment
Managing project resources and budgets within a matrix environment
Working collaboratively across the Board, within the departments and across the organisations
Advising colleagues on how to deliver change well and ensure that good change management principles are built into the project from day 1
Consulting and engaging with customers and stakeholders
Ideal candidates will have:
Experience of 4+ years as a Change Project Manager ideally in housing or public sector
Experience with Business Change/Transformation project delivery
Substantial experience with project management with ability to understand when to flex the approach
Experience managing end-to-end delivery and multiple projects or workstreams in parallel
Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills at all levels
PMP (PMI), Prince2 Practitioner (Axelos), PPQ (APM) or equivalent certification
