Job Title: Change Process and Tool Analyst

Location: London ~ 2 days in office weekly

I am partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation who are looking for an experienced and confident Change Analyst to join their team as they embark on a large Change Transformation. You will have the opportunity to work with the Change leadership team to drive standards, guidelines, and procedures to aid high-quality Change delivery.

You will have responsibility within monitoring the quality of change delivery and using your findings to identify lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities. You will also assist the Change leadership team in developing and owning the Change delivery playbook, and owning the Change management tooling strategy; maintaining governance, process and ensuring delivery is ‘done right’ with the appropriate tooling in place to deliver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and update the Change Delivery Playbook that defines the guidelines and standards for Change delivery to ensure continuous improvement, building on experience to demonstrate continuous improvement and adherence to defined standards.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to drive effective Change delivery, identify and address issues, and recommend solutions to continuously improve delivery quality and effectiveness.
  • Develop, maintain, review, and enhance the Change toolkit required to facilitate efficient and effective Change delivery across the organisation.
  • Ensure the toolkit focuses on the safe and effective delivery of outcomes rather than burdensome administration.
  • Develop and implement a continuous improvement framework that captures lessons learned and feedback, fostering a learning culture environment.
  • Identify issues and recommend solutions to improve delivery quality.
  • Support the conduction of risk-based quality assurance using various techniques to ensure adherence to policies, procedures and best practices, using your findings to identify opportunity for improvements.
  • Communicate, and coach/train stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines, offering support and advice to the business, change function and relevant stakeholders to improve delivery practice and troubleshoot issues.
  • Use expertise to ensure Value Stream teams deliver the required outcomes effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of embedding new, robust and scalable methods, processes, change tools and ways of working in teams.
  • Experience of working in a Financial Services/ Insurance environment.
  • Experience in the use of improvement methodologies to support effective Change delivery and build a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Track record of change delivery and PMO management experience in agile, multi-disciplinary, and commercial environments in Business and IT domains.
  • Excellent understanding of the end-to-end change lifecycles in various environments and levels of complexity (including depth in both agile and traditional/hybrid delivery models).
  • Advanced skills in MS Office tools (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint), MS Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI and Azure DevOps, and strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail, quality assurance and control practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and communication, at all levels, including influencing, convincing, negotiation, and conflict management.
  • Good project management skills, including planning, tracking, reporting progress against plans, managing risks, and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Relevant PMO, Project, or Portfolio management qualification (Desirable).
  • Quality Assurance and Process efficiency qualification (Desirable).
