Change Manager - Workday

An HR-focussed Change Manager is required to lead the business change for a global Workday implementation.


Extensive Change Management experience on global HRIS implementations (ideally Workday)

Previous experience leading business readiness, impact assessment, risk mitigation and post go live business support for large scale system change

Strong background of supporting global communication and training strategies

Must be an excellent communicator and have extensive experience liaising with Senior Executives as well as business users within a global organisation
