Role: Change Manager

Location: Central London

A Change Manager is required to join a leading Real Estate/Property organisation based in Central London. My client is well-renowned within the industry, they have been successfully operating for well over 50 years' and are currently embarking on an extensive 3-4 year transformation. This role will give you the opportunity to play a pivotal part in delivering business change across business processes, systems and technology. You will be first the first Change Manager through the door, so this is a great opportunity to make your mark within a global organisation.

The ideal candidate will have the following;

  • 5 - 7 years' experience operating within Change
  • Proven track record delivering end to end change initiatives
  • Experience developing and implementing change management strategy
  • Experience with Change Impact Assessments and Business Readiness
  • Previous experience operating as part of a Change / Transformation programme
  • Responsibility for Change Management within the business
  • Experience analysing and improving business processes.
  • Experience working with the wider business to understand change and ensuring fully adopted
  • In-depth understanding of how people go through change and the change process
  • Experience of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Change Management qualifications (PROSCI/APMG)

Salary: 60,000 - £65,000 + Benefits
