Role: Change Manager
A leading advertising client requires a Change Manager with a proven track record delivering company-wide change to join the team. The business operates on a global scale and they are undertaking an extensive change programme, focusing on operational excellence. They are looking for a change manager to come on board and support and help structure the change function, focusing on communication, process and people.
You will have experience delivering change within a complex organisation, with concentration on the adoption piece. This is a challenging role and requires someone who can demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to change hearts & minds.
Location: London
Role Overview:
- Develop change strategy, adoption plans, stakeholder assessments, communications, business readiness
- Hands on experience using change management methodologies and techniques
- Experience streamlining business processes, improving efficiency and operational effectiveness
- Process mapping and re-design of organisation
- Identify training needs, documentation and roll out
- Proven track record for assisting in the smooth delivery of change programmes.
- Coach, guide and support the business through the adoption of change
- C-level stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Change practitioner: Prosci, APMG Change Management or similar qualification/certification
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Package
