I'm currently working with a global travel organisation that is now looking to recruit a French speaking Change Manager.
The Change Manager is being been brought in to work with their operations, check in and customer service teams to ensure that the various project changes are properly understood and implemented as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Skills and Experience required
- Significant experience working in Global Operations and Change Management
- French Speaking (Native or very strong verbal and written communication skills)
- Have successfully ensured changes are embedded and fixed any issues that have arisen
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills with various individuals and teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to pick out any risks/issues
