Change Manager

My client, a National Service Organisation based in the UK, operating globally, is looking for a Change Manager.

The Change Manager will be working as part of the IT Transformation Directorate. This team has been growing over the past 6 months as the organisation transitions to a new global TOM (Target Operating Model).

We need a Change Manager who can effectively help transition the IT Department through a new structure, new processes, new technology and new ways of working.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in Change Manager roles; accountable for critical business change and transformation activities
  • Demonstrable experience leading and delivering business wide change in major, global organisations
  • Be able to think strategically, prioritise and plan effectively whilst balancing competing demands
  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
  • Demonstrate maturity, confidence and credibility to challenge and influence individual thinking

Appropriate professional certifications and knowledge e.g. Change Management practitioner, Prosci, CCMP are not an absolute requirement, but valuable experience is a must!
