Job Title: Change Manager

Contract type: 2 years, full time

Location: Hybrid, x2 a week in London based office

Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 per annum

Reports to: Transformation Lead

We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Manager to join an ambitious London charity supporting vulnerable people and their families. The charity is keen to appoint an individual who is a natural leader, values-driven and has strong people skills.

The charity has a bold 3-year forward strategy focusing on transformation efforts to continue their success in developing and growing high-quality support. To deliver this new strategy, they are looking to appoint a Change Manager to support the delivery of their transformation programme focusing on people and organisational change.

What you will be doing day-to-day

  • Helping to develop a transformation team
  • Overseeing the development, operational/business readiness, planning, delivery, and benefits realisation of complex change
  • Contributing to the achievement of their transformation agenda
  • Coaching senior colleagues to help them fulfil the role of change sponsor
  • Identifying the opportunities and risks to change and put in place the required interventions to ensure successful outcomes

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 4+ years' experience as a Change Manager
  • Demonstratable experience delivering the people elements of change on large and complex change initiatives
  • A track record of successfully embedding long term change within a large/mid-size organisation
  • A deep understanding of change management approaches, techniques and theory with the proven experience of utilising these to deliver and embed change.
  • Experience of wide stakeholder engagement, including training and coaching senior leaders
  • Qualifications in Change Management
