Change and Engagement Manager
Location: Remote
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
We are looking for an experienced Change and Engagement Manager to lead the deployment of a critical CVA (Cash and Voucher Assistance) Framework across a global non-profit organisation. This role will manage change activities, ensuring the framework is effectively implemented and adopted across diverse country offices and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change and engagement activities for the CVA Framework, supporting global and country office teams.
- Conduct change and impact analysis to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes.
- Design and manage deployment tools and resources for effective adoption of the framework.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Collaborate with the Transformation Delivery team to share best practices.
Skills and Experience:
- Essential:
- Significant experience managing global change initiatives.
- Strong background in change management and project methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Desirable:
- Experience with CVA-related projects or in the non-profit sector.
- Fluency in French, Spanish, or Arabic.
