Position: Change and Communications Manager

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Package

Location: Central London

Change and Communications Manager required to join a Global FMCG, Retail and Hospitality leader who are undertaking a huge digital transformation as they seek to continue leading an ever-growing market. The organisation operates in over 100 countries and through their central group and franchises, employ more than 1.9 million people worldwide.

You will work directly with the CIO to support the IT Segment Alignment and the IT organisation which is leading the deployment of significant technology investments designed to transform the customer experience in partnership with the Global Change and Communications team.

Key areas you will look at are Organisational Effectiveness, Design and Culture, Programme Delivery and Technology Effectiveness, Strategic Alignment and Orchestration and Communications. You will be exposed to a variety of senior stakeholder across the business and be expected to conduct impact analysis, asses change readiness, and determine the most effective approach for delivering change and making it 'stick' across the stakeholder base.

Ideal candidate:

  • Experience working within the Retail, FMCG or Hospitality industry is essential
  • Proven experience operating as a Change Manager on Technology focussed initiates is essential
  • Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Change management certifications e.g. APMG/PROSCI are essential
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders is essential
