Reporting to the Head of Change Management (ITSM), you will assist with the Change Management day-to-day administrative support activities, ensuring compliance and adherence to all associated Change processes.

Rate: up to £350 per day (inside)

Duration: 6 months (likely extension)

Location: City (3 or 4 days WFH)

Your role as ITSM Change Analyst

  • Ensuring Changes are controlled across all environments and that appropriate actions have been planned to minimise both the risk

  • Ensuring that the timing of implementations does not conflict with other planned Changes or events

  • Assist in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Change process and produce high quality reporting

  • Perform Post Implementation Reviews

  • Enforcing change freezes and maintenance windows in line with the demands of the business

  • Assist with developing and maintaining the Change Management process, procedures, tools and templates

  • Provide Change Management training and assistance to users

In order to be successful as ITSM Change Analyst

  • Ideally you will know the foundations of IT Change Management

  • Proven background in a Service Desk or Customer Service role

  • Positive and flexible "can-do" outlook and a willingness to learn and grow.

  • Experience of using a Service Management toolset
