Job Title: Business Transformation Advisor

Salary:£78,000 + Benefits

Location: London

A Business Transformation Advisor is required to join a law firm. The company is currently undertaking several initiatives to help their business service teams operate more efficiently and cohesively, with a focus on high quality service delivery to internal clients.


  • Help shape the vision for the transformation programme, assisting senior stakeholders to develop a clear roadmap of change aligned to business strategy.

  • Consult business service department heads and their subject matter experts to understand their objectives, processes, desired business outcomes, and business success criteria.

  • Support planning and analysis by providing structural advice on ways of working, organisation design, processes, and technology.

  • Guide the analysis of processes and systems to support transformation activities, re-engineering processes for efficiency gains, cost savings, standardisation, and automation.

  • Identify tactical fixes to remove pain points

  • Lead the management, analysis, and delivery of projects (including business case and requirements definition; process improvement reviews and mapping; data modelling and analysis; functional design; solution assessment; implementation planning; UAT; end-user communication and training).

  • Develop and manage project control documentation (such as project plans; action logs; RAID logs).

  • Support change management and communications across projects within the transformation, identifying change impacts and inputting to the appropriate sequencing and timing of change delivery.

  • Design performance and success measures and identify appropriate process controls, metrics, and reporting.

  • Help educate colleagues in project delivery tools and skills
