Business Process Analyst - HR

A leading client of ours based in North Hertfordshire is searching for a Business Process Analyst to deliver on a HR workstream relating to Onboarding, OffBoarding & JML (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) processes.

You will need to understand and map the As-Is JML processes, engage with stakeholders and write up the User Requirement Specification, Functional Requirement Specification.

You'll also be responsible for preparation regarding the Request For Proposal (RFP) to identify a partner to implement and transition from As-Is to To-Be processes within ServiceNow with a robust Service Catalog.

The ideal candidate will have the following profile :-

  • Strong Business Analyst/Business Process Analyst (BPA), with ample experience within process change across HR.
  • Equally strong comunication skills & able to engage stakeholders across al levels.
  • Ideally you will have a demonstrable track record across JML (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) process change.
