Role: Business Improvement Manager
Location: Central London

A Business Improvement Manager is required to join one of the leading global law firms.

You will join the business improvements team who are in place to facilitate the organisations increasing pace of change, optimise and improve global processes and ways of working across the business.

We are looking for the successful candidate to have experience improving and optimising business processes within the legal sector or within a consultancy. The firm has a strong change culture, they are open to improvement and you will work with senior stakeholders/partners to drive change across the practise.

Ideal candidate:

  • Consult and engage with the business service leaders to develop the future state of the target operating model
  • Experience providing business improvement and change support across the practise
  • Manage and deliver major change initiatives across various business functions
  • Proven track record implementing and embedding a change culture & continuous improvement
  • Ability to employ structured change methodologies to drive change
  • Be a subject matter expert and provide consultative advice to major business functions
  • Work with the business improvement team to develop change methodologies utilised within the business
  • Experience analysing and improving business processes to become more efficient, effective and to reduce costs
  • Broad experience in a law firm, professional services, consulting or financial services

Salary: £75,000 + Excellent package
