Purpose of role

Identify new opportunities for Digital Outcomes to add value to existing and prospective clients by taking a solution-first consulting approach. Support clients' idea generation to enable their digital transformations. To Partner with the La Fosse sales team to educate the market on our new products and services and by doing so build a pipeline of new prospects.


Context
La Fosse Associates is growing Digital Outcomes, our digital consultancy that specialises in providing services and solutions that unlock potential in cloud and digital transformations. We believe building a market leading digital services division will enable sustained growth in conjunction with our existing recruitment teams and customer base. You will be joining the business early in its third year of trading. Following a successful first two years there is a strong sales pipeline, a strong book of business, a clear and tested product set, and several repeat customers. You will be joining a team whose focus is to scale the business and develop our unique approach and ways of working.


Responsibilities
* Contribute to client acquisition, identifying, approaching, and securing new clients.
* Responsible for the strategic growth of key accounts.
* Owning and developing strategic senior executive relationships across our CIO/CTO community.
* You'll be creating business development strategies and executing against them by targeting new clients and building relationships with decision makers in existing and target accounts.
* You'll identify and drive growth opportunities and influence our overall sales strategy both at an individual opportunity level, as well as our broader go-to-market strategy
* Identify clients' pain points and challenges and work in conjunction with our solution and delivery teams to provide the best approach to solving them. * Connecting with internal and external subject matter experts to bring their insight into the business development and prospecting process.


Required Experience
* Previous experience in management consultancy or enterprise technology sales.
* You'll be an experienced new business development executive with a proven track record of converting new logo clients.
* You'll be commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities and offer solutions by asking probing questions when discussing strategy with potential clients. * Have a clear point of view on what good looks like for sales and customer service, and where new technologies, channels and approaches are taking these in the future.
* Experience of working in a project-based environment, liaising with customers throughout the entire solution delivery lifecycle.
* Experience influencing in complex situations where there are a range of stakeholders and agendas.
