Job Title: Business Change Project Manager

Contract type: 12-month fixed term contract, full time

Location: London UK, with requirements 1 to 2 times a week in their London office.

Salary: up to £55,000 per annum

Reports To: Project Delivery Lead

We have an amazing opportunity for a Business Change Project Manager working on a 12-month fixed term contract with one of London's largest housing associations. The association is at an exciting point in their story with a merger in progress and as a result have a variety of integration programmes in place.

They are looking to appoint a Project Manager to be part of their business change team delivering change initiative projects and working collaboratively with colleagues across the business. Programmes include a focus on People & Culture, Customer Operations, Governance, Finance and Asset Management.

Responsibilities will also include facilitating workshops, governance, stakeholder management, identifying risks, issues and dependencies and creating and maintaining project plans.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience of 3+ years as a Project Manager across change initiatives
  • Prince2, PMP or equivalent qualifications
  • Full project lifecycle experience working with internal and external design, development, testing and service delivery teams
  • Waterfall and Agile environment experience
  • Strong communicator with stakeholder engagement and management skills at all levels.
  • Ideally have experience working in an organisation that has undergone a significant and successful merger/transformation
  • A desirable - experience working as a Project Manager within housing, councils or the public sector.
