Business Change Advisor

We are supporting build a new change Management function and now are looking out for a Senior Change Advisor (SC CLEARED) to start before Christmas...


Key experiance:

This is a newly created role in the Digital transformation team. Currently the team are developing new technologies/tools that are going to be adopted globally by the business that require underpinning by good business change practice. The successful Senior Business Change Advisor will play a key role in the engagement to the wider business to facilitate the acceptance of the implementation and to model future processes. The Senior Business Change Advisor will be part of mapping the business change delivery road map, managing any resistance to change, reinforcing the right culture & facilitating engagement events as required.

The successful applicant will have a business change/PM background, able to undertake the analytical parts of the role in addition to the extensive stakeholder engagement that is required. The Senior Business Change Advisor will be able to manage multiple priorities, allocating limited resources across multiple project work streams as required. They will be dynamic, engaging and have a proven track record in the delivery of various change activities.

Are you right...

The Senior Business Change Advisor should have experience of Implementing or Defining new ways of working (Ideally at a global level).

You need experience embedding new ways of working & dealing with resistance to change. It is important that the Senior Business Change Advisor has experience designing new ways of working & conducting GAP Analysis.

You should have experience in the management of Operational Training needs (incl the design of new training materials).

You will be SC CLEARED
