Job Title: Business Analyst/UAT Test

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Location: Kent/Hybrid

Business Analyst is required to join a Non - Profit Organisation based in Kent. The purpose of this role is to analyse new and existing processes and structures to refine them, where appropriate, with the aim of improving the business efficiency and customer experience. To map and create business specifications which document requirements for tasks and projects.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Identify, gather, and document business improvement requirements to support development of process maps, scoping documents, business cases and functional specification for both existing and new systems.

  • Act as the main liaison point "the bridge" between the business and externa IT support and development suppliers to monitor project progress by co-ordinating and leading regular review meetings.

  • Undertake customer research and user engagement to identify additional improvement opportunities such as focus groups, workshops and feedback surveys and data insights from the ECS processing team.

  • Create progress regular reports for the management team so that they are kept updated about the current developments and projects.

  • Lead on user workshops to assist in requirements gathering

  • Work closely with the ECS operations Manager to support the Contact Centre Roll - out and delivery of:

    • Map user acceptance criteria and support testing

    • Creation of test plans to test customer journeys

    • Process improvements

    • Systems updates

    • Creation and delivery of internal and external user guides and training - both online and offline to drive greater user/customer adoption.

  • Assist the Head of Growth by providing sup[porting information on KPI reporting. Data capture to help external commercial customers and the benefits of using ECS systems to support their own schemes

Education/Qualifications/Experience required:

  • Educated to degree level or professionally qualified in a subject that has a significant business, customer or marketing focus, some of which encompasses digital strategy or engagement.

  • At least 3 years work experience within a business environment where significant exposure has been gained in business analysis/digital change/transformation and digital product development.

  • Worked as 'the link' or 'bridge' between the business and IT development, with experience of creating technical specifications for IT teams to follow when building business systems.

  • Exposure to certification schemes, trade associations or member driven organisations is desirable, but not essential.

  • An aptitude and interest in business improvement, customer journey, digital infrastructure and digital engagement theory and practice
