Role: Business Analyst - Process Flows and Power Automate

Location: London (once restrictions are lifted)

Duration: 3 months initial

Start Date: ASAP

Rates: up to £500/day

Our London based financial services client is currently looking for a Business Analyst with strong process flows and Power Automate experience to join them on an initial 3 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and creating process flowcharts and describing current procedures and practices
  • Analysing and proposing operational, governance and information flow improvements and optimisations
  • Proposing improved procedures as standard operating procedures
  • Documenting and proposing appropriate workflows and structures within Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

Experience Required:

  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Strong experience with Power Automate (essential)
  • Strong experience with Information or Document Managmenet Systems
  • Process approval around document management
  • Experience of working with teams across several locations through remote working
  • Agile methodologies including Use Case analysis, Features/Epics/User Stories and BDD
  • Scenario writing for user stories to derive outcomes and benefits of each change
  • High proficiency in Office365: Teams, SharePoint and Power Automate (essential), advanced Excel/PowerPoint, MS Word
