My client is a global organisation who are looking to hire a Business Analyst who has strong knowledge of Office 365 and User Experience.

The Business Analyst will be expected to have strong understanding and knowledge of SharePoint Office 365 and is able to define in detail the difference between a good User Experience and a bad one

Business Analyst Key Responsibilities:

  • Sharepoint Office 365 experience (Must)
  • User Experience
  • Information Architecture
  • Portal and Intranet
  • Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis, Process etc.
  • Stakeholder Management, Workshops and interviews, to help gain approvals
  • Evaluating the quality of deliverables, including those from 3rd party suppliers.
  • Critically review and evaluate any proposed solutions and ensure they are aligned with business strategy and Office 365 capability
