Business Analyst required urgently for a leading retail company based in London. This is an initial six months contract paying up to £540pd. The successful candidate will lead the analysis and implementation of Workday Learning in a Greenfield site, taking the L&D function through the implementation lifecycle - from Discovery Phase through to post-go live support. Very much a hands on role, the role will working in a small work stream that is part of a larger Workday implementation and HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document the as-is processes, develop efficient to-be processes utilising self-service and a devolved administration model
  • Run workshops to identity and capture requirements
  • Work with the implementation partner to ensure the requirements are captured and documented
  • In conjunction with the L&D function, support the completion of the Configuration workbooks
  • Recommend best practice learning systems development
  • Work alongside the implementation partner to develop the Workday learning solution business processes and configuration
  • Document the system security requirements to ensure data privacy is respected, and users can access the system in line with the business processes.
  • Assist with specification of basic learning reports.
  • Develop scenario based test scripts and execute testing.
  • Prepare the User Acceptance test plan.
  • Produce documentation in line with the 2020 Programme Methodology
  • Identify user groups and undertake a Learning Needs Analysis with the Change Manager
  • Be able to develop 'How To Guides'.
  • Be able to deliver training to the HR and BAU Administration end users.

Experience and Technical skills

  • Previous experience of implementing a cloud based Learning solution is essential. Workday experience is preferred
  • Evidence of Business Analysis experience and process improvement skills
  • Report writing - preferred
  • Awareness of Data Privacy relating to Learning data capture and maintenance
